“Yoga for me started as a workout, a way to strengthen my back and help out with my scoliosis and degenerative disc disease. Then it became a journey of self healing mentally as well as the physical. Now it is a practice. Hearts and souls can only be revived with breath and love. I find all this mostly when I walk through the door but can use my learned teachings for most of my minutes and make everything from my career to my relationships and on going practice. Never will I be so in tuned with today as I will be in a present moment. My life, I dedicate with words and hugs to yoga. Because without it, I have been told by the best spine specialist, “keep doing what you are doing and you will never have a rod in your back or deal w using a wheel chair.” – Angela
