Shanna’s practice is rooted in the tradition of JivamuktiYoga, though she has had the opportunity to study with many great teachers around the world. She draws from the wisdom of those teachers to create a fun and informative class. Yoga has been her conduit for healing from disease, trauma, and even an accident that left her believing she would never teach again. Her gratitude for the self-awareness that yoga provides brings her too the mat everyday and she seeks to inspire others to find that very same mindfulness.
