You will feel calm, grounded, and breathe a little easier after focusing on Revolved Abdomen Pose, Half Moon, and Triangle. These poses open the chest before ending with quieting supported backbends like Reclined Bound Angle, Bridge Pose, and Legs Up the Wall.
