Building off of the work in Backbends 1, we move into reclined backbends, focusing on engaging the middle back to create lift and support. You will also experience an inner determination and resolve. Key poses in the sequence include Chair Pose, Warrior 2, Side Angle, and Revolved Side angle, before moving into a sequence of face down and reclined backbends preparing you for the final pose, Fish (Matsyasana).
Suggested Props: 2 blocks, a blanket, and a strap
