This class builds heat to open the quadriceps and begins to open the upper back in preparation for Frog Pose (Bhekasana). Key poses in the sequence include 3 Leg Downward Facing Dog, Warrior 3, Hero and Reclined Hero, ending with Frog pose (Bhekasana). If you’ve been sitting for a long time your legs will feel stretched and your drooping shoulders released.
Suggested Props: a strap, a blanket, and a chair
