Neil Patel

Neil began his yoga practice as a way to create balance in his gym workouts. He found that yoga not only helped in the recovery of joints and muscles, but also increased his lifting capacity with correct form and balance. Neil has a love for fitness and the mind/body/spirit aspects that yoga brings to his life.
Neil blends his Yoga training, National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer certification and Kinesiology study from the Texas Christian University to deliver a holistic practice.
