Molly first explored her love of movement through dance. Beginning at the age of 5
and continuing through her school years, she studied ballet in Plano, TX. In 2007,
she received her BFA in dance through Fordham University and the Alvin Ailey
School. After dancing professionally for several years in New York City, she shifted
her focus to yoga. In 2012, Molly earned her 200 hour yoga certification through
YogaWorks. She taught in Brooklyn for two and a half years before moving to Dallas
with her husband in 2015. With a firm belief that yoga can benefit everyone, Molly
aims to encourage students to develop greater mind-body connection and self-
expression through a balance of purposeful, specific effort and relaxation.
