Katherine Kunze

Kat grew up in a ballet studio, dancing and performing throughout college where she was first introduced to yoga as an alternative means of exercise. Years later, she moved to Dallas to pursue her graduate degrees and was introduced to the life and mind transformative power of yoga. Invigorated by this new understanding, she completed her 200 hour teacher training in hopes of being able to spread this love of yoga both on and off the mat. Her classes are physically challenging in an effort to pull you out of your mind and create moving meditations without the distractions of the outside world.
