Erin’s first yoga class was a leisure course offered through her university, and she always fell asleep during savasana. Over the years she began to delve deeper into the practice and found many other benefits in addition to the relaxation she experienced in those first classes. She was certified to teach adults in 2011, through the Namah Shivaya school in Dallas. At this time she also began to develop her personal meditation practice and was introduced to her true love, Ashtanga yoga. She received additional training to teach children through Yogees by Taylor Yoss in 2012. She deeply believes in the power of yoga to heal and grow, both physically and mentally, and she is excited to bring yoga to a wide cross-section of the community.
