Daniel Jardin

Daniel is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher-in-training. He was initially drawn to yoga for the physical benefits of asana as a way to complement other physical activities and break the monotony of gym workouts. Through consistent practice, he was able to deeply connect his mind and body in moving meditation. The stillness and perspective gained through this inward practice of willful body control has led to a renewed outward appreciation for all aspects of life. As we create positive physical patterns and overcome obstacles with our bodies, so too do we create positive patterns of thought that allow for progress in our outlook on the world. Yoga is a communal practice that transcends ego and competitiveness to reveal the oneness of all people and things. Daniel’s goal as a Yoga teacher and perpetual student is to share his appreciation for the practice by inspiring and celebrating the accomplishments of his students.
