I have spent the past 10 years traveling and exploring the world. Those years were spent searching for the meaning for my life. During my incredible journey that took me to over 50 countries, I discovered that yoga was what I had been searching for. Most of my yoga practice has taken place in countries across Asia. And that is what really attracts me to yoga. I love that yoga reaches beyond the 4 walls of a studio. It is a universal practice. It connects people from different walks of life. People from different backgrounds, languages, cultures, and physical abilities can come together to practice and learn from one another. Yoga unites people. I received my 200 RYT in Ashtanga in Mysore, India. I have come to love and appreciate different types of yoga. Not only do I love the challenging asanas that make me sweat and shake, but I also enjoy the relaxing, meditative and restorative parts of yoga.
Yoga has truly become a lifestyle for me. I cannot imagine my life without yoga.
