Acro yoga is hard work, sometimes challenging but always fun.
We have have been holding monthly “jams’ to share the experience and fun, Now with Toyah Thomson part of The Movement she is looking to take it to a whole new level with a weekly Friday night class.
The class format will be slightly different, with some core drills and exercises to enhance the feel and skills of the flyers and bases, followed by the introduction of new sequences and then wrapping up with multi flights switching flyers and bases to further develop the skills of both.
