Flexibility and injury-prevention
As a CrossFit athlete, weightlifter, cyclist and runner, yoga has been critical as a way to increase mobility and flexibility which is so important for these activities. Yoga has helped me remain injury-free doing these sports. Yoga provides restoration and recuperation to tired, tight muscles. It is also challenging and fun as it’s own activity and I am able to do poses I never thought possible a year ago.
