Rachel Miller

The journey is inward. I am grateful to have been first introduced to yoga in 2007, and blessed over the years that yoga has transformed into something entirely different for me today. Yoga is a way to live my life. It is the bedrock of the principals I want to live by. I hope to share my practice with students through strength, courage and an understanding that we can all obtain the desired peace and serenity we strive for. Together, with the movement of breath, we will leave what no longer serves us and connect with the mind, body and soul.
