Emily Jones

At the ripe young age of 18, I began to practice yoga. I stumbled into my first class, hoping to achieve the “yoga look” that I had heard so much about. What I discovered was even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I came in looking for physical change, and left with spiritual, emotional, and mental change. Yoga was able to teach me acceptance for my body, my past, and myself. It helped to cure my anxiety attacks and gave me inner peace. In the summer of 2015 I decided to take the next step and join Teacher Training at Core Power Yoga. My primary style of class is Power Vinyasa. I have been teaching at Dedman Center for Recreational Sports since August of 2015, and have taught various classes around the DFW area. In every class I strive to help all of my students experience the same happiness that yoga gave me. Come and experience all of the gifts that Yoga has to offer with me!
